九条でひときわ目を引く、レトロでポップな外観が印象的な洋食屋さん。店内もどこか懐かしさを感じる雰囲気で、昔ながらの洋食屋の温かみを感じながら食事を楽しめます。

今回はお店の名物でもあるハンバーグを注文。ナイフを入れた瞬間に肉汁が溢れ出すほどジューシーで、お肉の旨みがしっかり詰まった一品でした。

そして一番驚いたのがデミグラスソース。濃厚でコクがありながら、個人的にはほんのり照り焼きのような甘みも感じる味わいで、ご飯との相性が抜群。気付けばご飯がどんどん進んでしまうほど美味しかったです。

このお店は約50年前に店主のご両親が田舎で営んでいた洋食屋さんの味を復活させた一軒。当時の味を大切にしながら今の時代にも愛される洋食を提供されていて、料理だけでなくストーリーにも惹かれました。昔懐かしい洋食を味わいたい方にはぜひおすすめしたいお店です。

I visited Haikara Youshoku Sakuraya in Kujo, Osaka. The restaurant has a colorful retro exterior and a cozy atmosphere that brings back memories of classic Japanese Western-style restaurants.

I ordered their signature hamburger steak. It was incredibly juicy and packed with rich beef flavor. The biggest surprise was the demi-glace sauce. It was rich and flavorful, and I personally felt a slightly teriyaki-like sweetness that matched perfectly with the hamburger. It made the rice even more delicious.

This restaurant recreates the taste of a Western-style restaurant that the owner’s parents ran in the countryside about 50 years ago. You can feel the passion behind every dish, and I would definitely like to visit again.
